No. Shrink Ray reads and compresses your PDF inside this browser tab. The file, its name and its contents are never sent to our servers.
It recompresses the embedded images. If Balanced cannot make the file smaller, Smallest flattens the heaviest pages instead and tells you that drawings will look a little softer.
Outlook.com at 20 MB, Gmail at 25 MB and the 35 MB default for Microsoft 365 work email. Your organisation may set a different limit.
